Light scuffing throughout bike from average use and age. Frame and fork have some paint chips and heavier scuffing, especially on left side. Light surface rust on some steel parts. New chain. New grips. All new cables and housing. New crankset. New bottom bracket. New front derailleur. Overall good shape. A great budget bike.
