Wheel & Sprocket 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
At Wheel & Sprocket, we stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the item within 30 days of the purchase date and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Item must be in resellable condition with all original packaging. Please review our return policy for additional information.
30-Day Price Protection
Wheel & Sprocket has the largest selection of bicycles in our market, and we’re also the price leader. If you find the same product at a lower price within 30 day of your purchase from another bicycle store located in our immediate marketplace, we will refund the difference of the prices plus an additional 10%.
Some restrictions may apply; while we strive to be more than fair, final discretion rests with Wheel & Sprocket. Price protection refunds are issued in the form of a Wheel & Sprocket gift card.
Class 3 E-Bikes require rider to be 16+ yrs old.
- Wheel & Sprocket employees can only service electric bikes with approved partner E-Bike brands (who have provided to us legal requirements including a certificate of insurance and third party testing).
New Bike Service Plans
The Wheel & Sprocket New Bike Service Plans are available with the purchase of a new bicycle at the time of purchase or delivery only.
