Moderate scuffing throughout bike from use and age. Most scuffing is on frame and fork. Pretty sweet retro colors. Updated handlebars. New chain. All new cables and housing. Newer tires. Ready to ride. Frame is 21" from top of top tube to center of bottom bracket.
