Heavy scuffing and scratches on frame and fork. Mostly on right side, likely from being locked up outside on rough surfaces. Small dent on left side of top tube. Other notable scuffing on rear derailleur, crank arms and brake levers. New tires. New chain. New grips. New pedals. Good shape other than the cosmetic flaws.
