Light scuffing throughout bike from average use. Some steel parts and hardware have surface rust on them (see fender hardware and crankset). Fenders have a few dents. New tires. New chain. All new cables and housing. Updated seat and wheels. Overall pretty classy with some nice touches to set it off.
