Why do you like indoor riding?

I must say, in the beginning I was skeptical. I have commuted through the winter, I have braved the rain and snow, and fell into the trap of some of those judgemental cyclists who made me think suffering was the only way to ride through the winter. Then I went to an indoor cycling class at our Hales Corners store, and fell in love. When you ride inside you get a totally different, more focused work out. You cut out variables like cars, noise and hazards of the road and get to concentrate on you, and your pedal stroke.

Who is a good fit for indoor cycling classes?

Really anyone who is interested in becoming a better rider. Our studios are welcome to all styles and ability levels. One of my favorite things about class is I can be stationed between an Ironman athlete to my left, and a first time road bike to my right, and we can enjoy the ride together- no drops!

What’s so great about our new indoor studios?

We have upgraded our studios! Every location now features state of the art Wahoo Kickr Snap power based trainers that feel as realistic as riding the open road. In addition, we are very excited to bring you the robust Wahoo Kickr studio software that allows us to each person to achieve personalized effort levels in a fun group setting. For those who enjoyed our Heart Zone workouts, you will love our new ability to use heart rate and power together!

What classes will you be riding?

will be in our Hub Class on Sunday mornings at our Hales Corners store! I am a busy gal these days, so I like the flexibility of getting to buy a pack of classes and choosing which days work best for my schedule.

Get Fit, Have Fun and Become a Better Rider.

Classes Run November 5th- March 24th!
