THE FIT PROCESS
INTERVIEW & DISCOVERY
During the interview and discovery stage, we gather information that will aid in optimizing your overall cycling experience. Learning about you as a rider is an important step in assessing your goals and understanding your needs. Reviewing your training frequency, routines, medical history, and any concerns is critical before recommending any changes in your riding position or cycling training.
PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT
The fitter does an initial physical assessment of the rider, and at this point can begin to address your concerns about performance, pain, or any other issues that you hope to alleviate during the bike fit.
RETÜL DYNAMIC FIT Please allow approximately 2 hours

Using the world’s only cycling-specific 3D motion capture system, including eight LED markers placed at anatomical landmarks and a motion capture camera, we measure your movements in three dimensions as you pedal. Data is collected dynamically, not from an isolated point of view.
Retül software analyzes this data and outputs information regarding your form and riding attributes. The sensitivity of the system is able to capture tiny lateral movements, such as knee wobble, to determine how the body is moving in three dimensions as you ride.
Using the information calculated by Retül, we can make specific adjustments to your bicycle to increase your comfort, efficiency, and speed on the bike.
When your fit is dialed, the data and final adjustments are stored as a 3D digital record, and can be used to configure any bicycle you may ride in the future. We can also use this data to compare your bike fits over time as your body and cycling needs change.
