ONLINE RETURNS

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

All online returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

To obtain your RMA, please call us Mon-Fri between 8am-6pm (Central) at 1-866-995-9918 or email us any time at returns@wheelandsprocket.com.

No Hassle Return Policy

We accept returns of products in new condition in their original packaging. If a product has been used or installed on a bike, we are unable to take the item back unless it is defective. Please contact us prior to sending any returns; we require a RMA to ensure the accurate, efficient processing of your return.

Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, etc., please contact us for an RMA. Once we receive your return (in new condition with original packaging), we will ship out the new item.*

Defective/Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we’ll replace it for you and we’ll cover shipping both ways. Please call us or send us an email to obtain an RMA. Then, we’ll email you a prepaid return label to return the damaged item to us. Once we’re notified by FedEx that the part has been shipped back to us, we can get a replacement out right away!

Misshipped Items

Though we strive for 100% accuracy, we do make a mistake once in awhile. If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we’ll cover shipping both ways to get you the part that you need. Please call us or send us an email to obtain an RMA. Then, we’ll email you a prepaid return label to return the damaged item to us. Once we’re notified by FedEx that the part has been shipped back to us, we can get a replacement out right away!

Other Returns

If you are returning a product because it was purchased in error, it’s not compatible, or you just decided you don’t want it, that’s alright too. We accept returns of products in new condition in their original packaging - simply contact us for an RMA. For standard returns, the original shipping charge and return shipping charge is not refundable.
